This class is a fun, full-body class that blends mobility, strength training, and conditioning. We start with a feel-good movement to warm up, build strength using dumbbells and bands, and finish with a high-energy burner to get your heart rate up. Expect great music, positive energy, and a workout that’s challenging without being overwhelming.
Lunch & Lift is a midday strength class designed to help you move better, build full-body strength, and feel energised for the rest of your day. Using dumbbells, bands, and mobility work, we focus on strength that supports skiing, biking, hiking, and the realities of sitting at a desk. This class is efficient, focused, and refreshing—strong work without leaving you wiped out.
The evening version of Strength & Sweat. Start with mobility, build full-body strength with dumbbells and bands, and finish with a short energizing burner—so you leave feeling strong, not exhausted.
A low-impact class focused on deep core strength, mobility, and body control. Strengthen the smaller stabilising muscles that support posture, balance, and joint health. Led by Linda or Sophie, suitable for all levels.
