Strength training and maintenance classes designed to support riders throughout their season to help prevent injury and improve performance in a fun & friendly environment. All fitness levels welcome, you might even meet some new people to ride bikes with!

1x 60 Minute Group Class. I offer a Drop-in service for these classes throughout the summer season. On Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm the class is 60 minutes in duration.
