At Ride Wild Training, personal training is tailored entirely to you and takes place in a dedicated private studio. Whether your goal is skiing from first to last lifts, biking farther, hiking longer, recovering from an injury, avoiding future injuries, or simply feeling fitter to keep up with everyday life, I’ll create a program that builds strength, mobility, and resilience — inside the studio and out on the mountain. With focused coaching, intentional programming, and a supportive environment, every session is designed to help you move better, lift smarter, recover stronger, and feel confident in your body. Located in the heart of downtown Pemberton at 1–7450 Prospect Street, our private studio offers a bright, welcoming environment designed for focused training. Flooded with natural light and outfitted with high-end equipment, the space is perfect for personal training sessions, partner training, and our small group classes. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve mobility, or rehab an injury, the studio provides a comfortable, supportive atmosphere where you can train with confidence and achieve your goals — all steps from the center of town.
A semi-private strength training experience that combines individualized coaching with the motivation and affordability of a small group. Running in 4-week blocks, Small Group Training is perfect for:

✦ Those learning to use barbells, free weights, and cable machines with confidence
✦ Mountain enthusiasts looking to build consistency
✦ Anyone wanting more coaching attention than a standard class
