Wherever you may be located in the world whilst you are reading this, as riders we often have an ‘off’/winter season where not as much riding gets done as in those summer months and golden hours. This is the time to build strength and increase our capacity so we can be even faster next summer. This 8 week program contains two workout focused days of training per week with an optional third day which you can do outside on your bike if you wish!  It focuses on core strengthening, capacity building and strength training.
