Originally from the UK, I followed my heart (and my bike) to the Coast Mountains of British Columbia — and I now call Pemberton my home. I graduated in 2015 with a degree in Adventure Tourism & Outdoor Recreation, specializing in Adventure Sport Coaching, and began my career as a mountain bike coach. In 2018, I became a Certified Personal Trainer, and now I combine my coaching and fitness expertise to help people build strength, resilience, and confidence for life — in the mountains and beyond.

The Ride Wild Story
I’ve been exploring the outdoors for as long as I can remember — it fills my bucket, and I know it fills yours too. With 8 years of coaching experience and a lifetime of outdoor adventure, I’ve learned that staying strong, mobile, and resilient is the key to enjoying life — on the trails, slopes, or in everyday life.

At Ride Wild Training, I help clients build sustainable, consistent strength training into their routines, so you can prevent injuries, improve performance, and feel stronger for life. Whether your goal is skiing all day, biking farther, hiking higher, or just staying fit and capable, I provide coaching, motivation, and education to get you there.

All sessions take place in my dedicated strength training studio in downtown Pemberton, designed for focused, safe, and supportive training.
